Refund & Cancellation Policy

Moss and Stone Creative Arts Therapy

At Moss and Stone Creative Arts Therapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We aim to offer a space that is supportive, respectful, and consistent for all clients. This policy helps us honour both your time and ours and ensures that sessions remain available to those who need them.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded, depending on your preference and circumstances.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

When less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if a session is missed without notice, the full session fee will apply.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments (no-shows).

We understand that unexpected situations do arise, and we encourage open communication if something significant has occurred.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of genuine emergency or unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, with care and understanding.

Prepaid Sessions & Packages

For clients who have prepaid for sessions or packages, refunds are generally not offered once sessions have begun. Any approved refunds will take into account sessions already attended.

If We Need to Cancel

If we need to cancel your session, you will always be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
